Touchsupport was established in 2009 by a team of healthcare administrators and technology professionals who saw a critical gap: small and mid-sized healthcare practices were losing millions in uncollected revenue and spending enormous resources on administrative work that could be done better, faster, and cheaper by specialists.

We started with three clients and a single service — medical billing. Today we serve over 500 healthcare organizations across all 50 states, offering a comprehensive suite of BPO and KPO services that cover every step of the revenue cycle.
